Release 0.7.1, released 2003-12-12

This release is mainly a bug fix release. About a ton of bugs have
been fixed since 0.7.0 has been released, upgrading is therefore
recommended.

If you want to set up a new server, please use 0.7.1 in favour of all
other releases!
